Disclosures – Grant Applications

Each reviewer is asked to disclose any potential conflicts of interest and to recuse themselves from reviewing any applications where a conflict may exist. For example, we would ask you to recuse yourself if you have a business or personal relationship with the applicant/applicant’s organization or stand to benefit from the grant.

This should be done via the Common Grant Application Platform. There reviewers are asked to disclose any conflicts of interest and asked not review those applications. You will be provided with an option to disclose any conflicts of interest immediately in the online reviewer form.

I will not disclose any confidential information with respect to RNRF or grant applications acquired through becoming a grants reviewer. Moreover, I will not use any confidential information acquired through or from RNRF for personal profit or advantage, or for the personal profit or advantage of a related party.

I represent that the information reported is accurate. I understand that, where appropriate, this information may be disclosed publicly. I further understand that failure to complete this Disclosure Form when requested will automatically disqualify me from participating in volunteer activities within RNRF.

I have received, read, and understood the RNRF conflict-of-interest policy, and will comply with it. I understand that RNRF is a nonprofit organization and that, in order to maintain its federal tax exemption, it must primarily engage in activities that accomplish one or more of its tax-exempt purposes. I will direct any inquiries or concerns not specifically addressed in this policy statement to the RNRF Grants Team or RNRF Board of Directors before participating in any association or performing any act that may be considered as a potential or possible cause of conflict of interest to RNRF.
