RNRF was established in 1972. The affairs of the Foundation are managed by the Executive Director under the oversight of the Board of Directors as defined by the Bylaws. RNRF is incorporated in the US and is designated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization by the IRS, EIN# 23-7181886.
