The Renewable Natural Resources Foundation (RNRF) is an I.R.C. §501(c)(3) nonprofit, public policy research organization founded in 1972. It is a consortium of scientific, professional, educational, design, and engineering organizations whose primary purpose is to advance science, the application of science, and public education in managing and conserving renewable natural resources.

RNRF's members are I.R.C. §501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. The foundation is governed by a board of directors comprised of a representative from each of its member organizations. Directors also may elect "public interest members" of the board.
